30 minutes on this bike is really just an ATM for Dopamine, dispensing a steady flow of feel good juice like twenty dollar bills. Commitment is my PIN.  

120 laps in the pool, and Serotonin surges in my gut as my muscles relax, encouraging my stressed out brain to chill and helping me remember to count my blessings. 

A score of deep lunges, a dozen gnarly pushups and a set of bicep curls signal my Endorphins to wake up as I wipe off sweat around that smile on my real-life happy face.

Ready to meet others with kindness and affection, fully aware of the Oxytocin that comes from loving unconditionally, another day filled with gratitude.
